Anari Introduces CRM System

Maintaining regular contact with existing customers, and managing the process of communication with new prospects is a challenge as companies grow larger.
Anari has prided itself on excellent levels of engagement, and in order to ensure that this high standard of communication is sustained as we grow, we have introduced a new Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) system provided by AgileCRM
Nigel Dowden, Managing Director commented ‘We have decided to introduce CRM for two reasons. Firstly, we wanted to enhance our account management capability, ensuring that news such as product developments are socialised with the right people in our customer’s RI teams at the right time. Secondly, as we grow, it is important that we manage our sales pipeline effectively. We needed a way of ensuring that we capture all information requests, and making sure that we deal with them on-time. The new CRM solution helps us with meet both these goals.’
The new CRM solution is up-and-running and is being used across the Marketing and Sales teams.
